## What is a Proposal?

Proposals are your chance to have a say on the direction of Veloce’s real-world assets, including Extreme E & Esports teams, and manage Veloce’s content creators.

## How is voting weight calculated?

Veloce utilises the Penrose model to calculate the VEXT holder’s voting weight. The more VEXT a user owns, the bigger their impact on voting, but at a decreasing rate. This ensures that the voice of smaller holders is balanced against larger holders.
